well I managed to do Wk 4 Day 1 tonight even tho I was beat. I had a brutally bad food day today so I am glad I accomplished that at least.

When I am on the road a lot of the day driving I am bored and want to eat something,,,today it was donuts, ,,,and when I am super tired so today was a bad combo of both :(

Hoping to do day 1 of week 4 tomorrow night, but I am supposed to go to aerobics, see how it goes. I have had a mixed up work schedule this week. Good luck everyone.

Been a crazy unusual week for me. Have been gone in the am before light and not back until supper time. Tried doing wk 3 BC 3 tonight and couldn't complete the last 3 exercises so I think I will repeat this one in a day or two. Only one more day on the road so...I guess 20 min is better than nothing. Hi Kim, I think I started just with 5 and 7's. I bought a set of the select Tech weights that go up to I think 50 lbs and dial in. They are so nice. Same as what are used by Chalean on the videos. Expensive tho....

thx everyone, there was no option, it was steak and lobster just in our little hometown bar so no looking up restaurant info. I estimated the best I could, passed on the baked potato. Did have two drinks but ....

Did Wk3 BC2 today...not sure if I will ever be able to complete a full set of the bowler's lunges, not quite as tough today tho.

I used to think I only would get constipated when I ate badly, but I am realizing it is not so. Today I had Benefiber 2tsp, 2 tbsp ground flax seed in applesauce, an orange, a glass of orange juice, a dole orange cup in water, and I kid you not 56+ oz of water. that actually really confuse me for awhile. I was trying to enter it under strength training as I would cardio above and no go. I was getting pretty frustrated until I started just putting it under cardio...thx

Just finished wk 3 day 2 and then did 18 min of Winsor Pilates abs. ouch..Tameko 2 that is a lot of leg work..could be hard to keep up with that once you hit the longer runs...good job!

My situation is similar. Only took the flu shot once many years ago at the request of my employer. I have never been so sick as I was then. I was at a camp with my son and it was all I could do to drive him back and forth. Overheard one person say, "wow, that lady is really sick" lol. Anyway, haven't had the flu shot again…

thx liz, I am working out each week, running 3 times and lifting 2 to 3 times a week so burning up some calories as well.
