Hi I also have never been ble to loose more then a stone however its the first time I have been able to keep track of exercise and food without to much work this site has helped me so much, so if you need another friend feel free to add me I hope you stick with it its worth it!:smile:

I will get some dark chocolate in as I can not eat Wheat, I ended up going to play badminton, had a shower and went to bed early got 10 hours sleep! Thank you for the advice

Thanks this sounds like great advise I'm going to start with the tape measure today and measure myself once a week.

Don't lose the will, think about what got you started in the first place and try to recreate the excitement look at some old photos before you started!
