I got bored with advanced cardio, so I moved up to HIIT 3. It's a killer schedule! I have a few medical issues I have been dealing with, so I'm going to ease up for a few weeks and start them over next month. I feel a huge difference in my abs from abs 10...I can barely make it through half of this workout and still see…

I cut em into fries. Little bit of olive oil and a little bit of taco seasoning in a bag...shake em n bake em. When they are almost done I add a bit of fat free shredded cheese and chopped green onion. Then if I'm feeling like it...dip em in fat free ranch dressing...HEAVENLY!!!

I just did Fire 30 and I think I figured it out...It's the music...It's the Bobby Brown song. Mute the TV!!!! LMAO

Know what?? I used to gain a couple of pounds (when I used a scale...I don't weigh any more I do inches) before I had a drop,,,I think it has something to do with water retention...not sure, but I would definitely check again in a couple of days, I bet you will drop!

Haha...it's hard to do a workout when you hate it. I did the same workout today and thought the same thing...while I don't hate fire 30...it is my least favourite...It's monotonous and awkward for some reason. Best thing about it is it is short lol

I love it! Definitely not EZ. I think it's tougher than 55!

No worries gals! Trust me, I looked and felt ridiculous when I started (I probably still do) But eventually it gets better and feels more natural! You end up doing the moves without even thinking about it. Everybody will tell you the same thing...it is true!!
-
Hi! Don't get discouraged is my number one advice! Everyone starts out uncoordinated. Keep doing your best and you WILL get the moves! When I first started I used a mirror to watch myself (I just picked up a cheap one at Wal Mart and moved it to wherever I was working out)and I picked up the moves in no time. Also...keep…

Sure you can :) I bought Under Armour trainers...not sure what they are but they are black and hot pink. I was always a Nike girl, but found my Nikes too heavy for jumping. The Under Armour are literally the most comfy trainers I have ever worn. They also didn't cost me a fortune, they are pretty affordable :)

I just asked this before, but what about shoes? I was having pain until I bought a new pair of trainers. PLUS they are pretty, and what better reason to work out than to try out your new shoes? Really made a WORLD of difference for me though. I bought super light ones with lots of support!

Boys like booties :) Best thing I ever heard!
-
No way...you're not a freak!! What kind of shoes are you wearing? I noticed a difference when I got better trainers...

Holy food police! I think the OP was suggesting this recipe as an alternative. She didn't say it was health food, it's just a better choice than a higher cal treat...sheesh. Anyhoo...whenever someone says cool whip I think of Stewie on Family Guy...hahaha, Youtube it...hilarious! Thanks for the recipe hun! :)

OK, so Saturday I ate 1/2 of a 1lb chocolate bunny, a bag of ketchup chips...and a bottle of vodka (with diet pepsi) I forgot what I ate after the vodka so it's all good. I like this thread :)
-
Yaaay!! God I Love when that happens too!! Happy for you!!! :)

Congrats on your success so far! You are doing GREAT! I had the exact same feeling at one time. I learned to overcome it by pre planning everything I was going to eat for the week. I tried to follow my plan exactly how it was laid out. I would give myself one slip up day a week and this gave me some flexibility in case…

Giiiirrrll...that's why I gave up the scale...It would send me into complete depression and I would end up getting discouraged and quitting. I don't own a scale and honestly have no clue what I weigh...and I like it!! And thanks y'all for the congrats! I feel fantastic...Chalene is a GODDESS!! She changed my life :)

Great tips! http://thegloss.com/fashion/10-ways-to-dress-up-jeans-and-a-t-shirt/

Accessorize! Dress up plain T's with scarves or belts...even long necklaces. Buy yourself some funky inexpensive pieces. Brightly colored shoes with some cool accessories can make an outfit! Even a new jacket or blazer to pop over jeans and a t looks great!

So, I thought I would post my results from my 8 weeks of Turbo Fire. Maybe to give a little insight to those just starting out or wanting to start an idea of how awesome TF really is. I don't know what I lost in pounds because I don't weigh. I decided to focus on inches. Start Date: March 21, 2011 Arm -11.5 Waist -29 Hips-…
