Thanks for your replies everybody. I'm going to try not to eat my exercise calories unless I'm hungry. I'm currently on maternity leave and I'm going back to work in 4 weeks, my job is very physical & I've worked out I will earn 600+ exercise calories a day, I'm hoping the weight will drop off me!
