yes i feel like i'm hyperventilating when i try to breathe in thru nose and out thru mouth. actually i do pretty good at first just doing whatever comes naturally and THEN i start thinking about it, that's when it usually goes to hell LOL!

it really depends on what kind of pain it is! is it a dull achy feeling like you pulled a muscle or a sharp stabbing pain. i had the sharp stabbing pain on my left side for a while and the only thing that helped it was a couple visits to the chiropractor (it was a pinched nerve).

the funniest thing i can remember is pulling out of a mc'donalds one day into the turning lane waiting for the light to turn. another lane was turning our way and giving my mom the dirtiest looks and she was cussing them!!!!! we couldn't figure out why at first then we realized she didn't pull into the turning lane at all…

i eat the lower sugar ones from quaker, only 3g per pack compared to 9g. tastes just the same.

i know i just did an exercise from ripped in 30 that killed my inner thighs!!! Sumo squats...stand with feet wide apart with toes facing out and squat!!!! add some weights for tricep extensions to make it better

ripped in 30 is a month long workout that is divided up into weeks. week 1 is level 1 and so on. the levels start out kinda easy and progress as you move on. notice i said kinda easy cause it's quite a workout :)

the first week is always easiest cause you mainly lose water weight. the best advice i can give you is don't pay so much attention to the scale and start measuring yourself. that will be the true indicator. if you are working out you will be transforming your body, replacing fat with muscle so you may not see the scale…

i have the 360 (that's the one with the pizza, quesadilla, and regular plates). i love mine though i haven't been brave enough to try out the pizza plate or the quesadilla one. my only problem is i don't have enough counter space for it :cry:

i have one also! i use that and measuring cups to measure out everything. you will be amazed and how bad you overestimate a serving. and i found out that a 4oz serving of meat is actually alot more than i thought it was.

i have the exact same problem!!! as this is my snack time, i usually just eat some popcorn or something..but i REALLY want chocolate ;) but anytime of the day that i am bored with nothing to do is when i get the urge to eat everything in sight.
