Thanks for the advice! I don't weight my food, which I probably should. I try to be as accurate as possible though. I do log everything I eat (even if it's just a bite of something!). I measure liquids as best as I can...i.e. I have a water bottle that is 16 ounces and I know the measurements of the glasses that I use. I…
