Lost 20lbs...need something new!
When I started this journey back in mid-March, I was 167.5 pounds. I weighed in this morning at 146.6 lbs! I'm really proud of my progress, but my weight loss has seemed to slow. My ultimate goal is to be 120 lbs (I'm 5'5), but I would love to be 135 lbs or less by December 4 when I'm getting some engagement photos taken.…

6.5 pounds in 9 weeks?
I work out for 25 minutes a day (T25 workouts, just started the Beta level), and I eat about 1,200 calories a day. I've had maybe 3 "cheat days" since I started 9 weeks ago. Is this a normal range or could I being doing better? Ideally, I would really love to lose 1 pound a week, but that doesn't seem to be working for me.…
