6.5 pounds in 9 weeks?

I work out for 25 minutes a day (T25 workouts, just started the Beta level), and I eat about 1,200 calories a day. I've had maybe 3 "cheat days" since I started 9 weeks ago. Is this a normal range or could I being doing better? Ideally, I would really love to lose 1 pound a week, but that doesn't seem to be working for me.
