Lost 20lbs...need something new!

When I started this journey back in mid-March, I was 167.5 pounds. I weighed in this morning at 146.6 lbs! I'm really proud of my progress, but my weight loss has seemed to slow.

My ultimate goal is to be 120 lbs (I'm 5'5), but I would love to be 135 lbs or less by December 4 when I'm getting some engagement photos taken.

Right now I eat pretty clean. Typical day includes only water or green tea, 50g of carbs or less, 1200 calories, pork or chicken for dinner, spinach for lunch, and cheese/deli meat for breakfast. I have to crush and take two pills a day for a medical condition, so I usually eat that with a spoonful of Edy's low-fat chocolate ice cream. Sometimes I'll have a kit-kat mini bar as a treat if I need a chocolate fix. I try to drink 64 oz of water a day. I workout 4-5 times a week. Just finished T25 and now I alternate between running/walking 2 miles and doing the 30 day Shred videos.

Any advice on how to shake things up and shock my system again to get these last pounds off?
