Don't feel bad, I try to stay under 1500 and go to the gym 5 days a week. I gained 3 lately...ugh

Same thing here. I have been going to the gym 5 days a week and lifting with a bit of cardio. Then walking in the evenings some. I gained half a pound, but I do think my pants feel a little looser. Wish I would have measured at the start

Everyone has been so helpful...think I will just not jog or run...ill do something else that I enjoy. I always thought jogging or running helped you to loose weight faster. Thanks!!

How do you define the difference? Jogging I can do for a while. Running is hard and too fast a pace for me to keep up for very long.

Im keeping things simple...im having breakfast for lunch. 2 eggs with diced ham and 2 slices of toast and jelly. Its one of my favorite meals and easy and fast to fix. I work so I don't do much meal prep. wish I could tho! Happy Wednesday!!

Greek Yogurt mixed with oatmeal and of course coffee. Im already hungry. If I eat eggs and bacon only then I stay full til lunch but I don't have time to cook most mornings. Happy Wednesday!!

Breast feeding really helps burn up the calories. I did it for almost 3 yrs, now that im not, the weight is creeping back on. Congratulations!!

comparing myself to others not weighing my food having a cheat day instead of a cheat meal stressing over the number on the scale not exercising enough not being 100 percent committed

I try to do low carb most of the week and find that I am never hungry. Its just something about carbs that makes me want more carbs and crave sugar. It really works for me and I feel so much better not having all that sugar in my diet...even tho I love sugar!! I just don't crave it when im eating low carb...its amazing…

I cheat every Saturday. If I want 14 donuts then that's what I eat. Yes it derails everything I did from the week but I cant diet 7 days a week or id go crazy. Maybe that's why I cant loose the 20 pounds I desperately want to loose...hello!! LOL

Ive found that eating only 25g of carbs a day keeps me from ever getting hungry and I tend to not eat all of my calories. Still cant loose though...guessing im eating at maintenance. im not a strict calorie counter. oops
