To run or not to run?
I hate running. Jogging on the other hand I kinda like. I just cant do it for long. Any advice on how to get up to doing it longer? Does it even burn that many more calories than just walking? I need to torch some calories and loose weight, seems like the skinny folk are always runners.

Friends needed for motivation and support with open diaries!!
Im just stuck...cant get motivated, don't want to exercise and I just feel like a fatty!! Help me loose 20 pounds please!!! Any support is appreciated!! I know it takes time but im in a hurry to see results!! I don't cook much so its gotta be easy meals to prepare at work, or take out that's not too high in calories. UGH

5'8 with large frame---how much should I weigh??
Im a large frame 5'8. I have a goal of 160lbs. I try to eat 1300-1500 calories a day and exercise 30-60 min a day. The scales aint movin much. I was wondering if anyone else with my body type has this kind of trouble. Will my legs and butt ever get smaller...lol?? Any tips on getting this last 20 lbs off??
