I did something very similar tonight. I had chicken, a can of Rotel, and a packet of taco seasoning cooking in the crockpot all day. Very moist and tastey!

Today was my first spin class and I must admit that I feel in love. I didn't realize how hard you really work at it. And the instructor made it so much fun that the hour went by so quick. You better your (sore) bottom that I'm there next week.:happy:

I weighed in the for the week and didn't budge the scale. But I have noticed some muscle coming out. I have dropped a pant size and my new pants are starting to feel lose. I LOVE my Starbucks! I only treat myself on the weekend and that's because the nearest Starbucks is in the next town. I used to work in a construction firm and I had a Starbucks across the street. That was probably the reason I only stayed at that job for three months...I gained too much weight!

I just had lunch and I had baked salmon. I am not a fish eater but thought this would be a healthy meal. I logged it into my food diary and it shoot back I consumed over 600 calories for just that item. Is this wrong, do I need to look for another type of fish to eat?Please help:sad:
