  • I don't think counting calories is necessarily outdated, it's just not the whole picture. You can eat 1200 calories worth of brownies and ice cream, and you may even lose weight, but you're body isn't going to love you for it - so what you eat definitely plays a part in being healthy and losing weight.   • I never tried their products, but I just looked at the nutritional info on their website and there is no nutritional value to any of their products. The odd thing is, the ingredients list on almost every product is exactly the same, they just use different seasonings or "natural flavors." I would rather make my own too.
  • I have the first set and it has been worth every penny! It's so much fun and I definitely burn a ton of calories. I'm definitely getting the second set as well to mix it up after I wear these dvds out. I'm glad I got the dvds first to learn it but I can't wait to take a class because it's so much fun!
