gum, water , fruit or veggies and sometimes when i have those moments that nothing not even distractions are working ill touch the food i want the most and i think to myself will this help me, and i literally have to throw it out mind you its not easy

its not misleading, its true if you eat exactly what you did that day for the rest of the 5 weeks and excersise as much . but you know no one can do that , but if you keep it in the general range you will make it to that number .. but when it gives you that low number you need to do the same thing you did or accuratley…

it means if you eat like that and excersise like that EVERY SINGLE day for 5 weeks then you will, like if you eat practically around the same calories and same sodium etc.. everything which we all know unless we are OCD wont happen then you will way such number

i've been eating them, whne my family isnt home to cook so maybe once or twice a week for dinner and they do not affect my weightloss personally, though it could be different for you . try weight watchers meals, or meals with less sodium, your not soposed to eat processed foods but now a days what isnt processed?

see , thats where i come in . i dont do points plus or points im doing it old school where you just count your servings because if im allowed that 2points cookie i will eat 4 , 2points cookies. so i count servings and it works wonders :D

ill give you an example of mine because i dont know grams. i have 3 servings of fat a day. half a tablespoon of peanut butter is one fat one teaspoon is half a fat etc.. and i count up to three a day

just let it be, go back to eating normal tomorrow OR if you can handle it , once a week if you lose a certain amount of weight on weigh in day for me it's 2lbs or more, i get to have something ive been craving ie; chips, or icecream, or a greasy burger and i never gain this weight back because its one all week and on…

the lbs you gain will go back down, you may only gain a pound sometimes none and or you may just stay at the same weight all week .

well actually its not in my regular routine forgot to mention this, its like a one or twice a month job for whenever people are needed. so its not actually a regular part of my day .

make your own sandwhiches, or suggest subway or pita pit somewhere where you can get a healthier option. or when in doubt go for a salad if they dont agree to the place you want you can stay totally healthy by asking them if its a nice restaurant to make it with WAY LESS FATS

i lost it in a month, because i've never dieted before and i did a cleanse for my first few days lost 10lbs my first week healthy way. then 2lbs each week, if you lose an average 2lbs a week you can lose 10lbs roughly a month so im guessing around 2 and a quarter months with the right diet and excersise WATER WATER WATER

don't worry, my friends sibling was chasing me down one day for fun and he was like "ILL GET THE FAT ONE" yup. haha, though kids know it was wrong or atleast they should they just don't understand feelings yet, don't take it to heart. you'll get over it, and yeah i totally know that feeling though
