depends on how much effort you put in, but probably a good 700 not lieing if you put in a HUGE amount of effort, i sweat like crazy in zumba and can hardly breathe when i'm done and my legs burn like crazy .. :)

try to go for healthier options, cut down on breads and stay away from high calorie foods. breaded food is the worst in my opinion, and when eating breakfast try whole wheat breads instead. try buying weight watchers meals they are so delicious and healthy for you, try buying weight watchers breads as well. excersise as…

i normally don't dip, because i love the taste of most raw veggies. but philadelphie cream cheese BUT it's the light dip kind , and only a tablespoon or less of it :)

i have turbo jam, and i love it all really havent gotten around to trying it all because a lot of it is muscle building i need to burn fat FAT AND MORE FAT first !!!

i dont think ive been eating them back, i eat my normal food days , i maybe eat less that a quarter of them back on occasion and so far ive lost 20lbs ...

agreed with someone, you didnt gain it in a night you aren't going to lose it in a night. just work your way down, atleast you lost that 9 and didnt gain it right ? so you lose slower then others big deal. you will get there ! just keep going ALSO depends on your metabolism, how much water you drink and the heavier you are…

weight watchers works better for women then men :) i find . i have taken your advice guys cutting down the breads to atleast 4 servings a day or less i was a t 6 ! we will see how this goes, also we bought whole wheat everything for our grains :D!

i make noodles, and then throw the shrimp in it with mushrooms and peppers sauteed all in pam spray . haha, sounds plain but then you add a 0 calorie sprinkle of seasonings i love it

i do diet cokes, they dont even have calories its just to remind me. but if it's booze, or sweet juices / milk then yes i do.

it doesnt hurt. once a week on weigh in day if i have lost two pounds i treat myself to one overly fattening thing. whether it be a small bag of chips, dairy queen, etc ... and i dont gain that weight maybe the next day i do but its gone and i lose another 2 or so pounds that week

i do weight watchers as well, if your on the program then do the points extra's and caculate it, but minimize it on a peice of paper or something so you know as well

i eat 6 servings of bread a day on the weight watchers plan, my mom said it worked for her . so i think i'll maybe cut it down too 5 if possible, and up my protein by an ounze.
