  • I don't have anything to add to what ka97 said but I can offer sympathy as I've had reconstructive surgery on my foot so I'm in the same boat! Just a little at a time, I suppose, til we get built back up.
  • I have a Fitbit Flex and I love it! It syncs easily with MFP and it helps motivate me to move more. I used to have the Body Media but I like the Fitbit better because it's more comfortable and looks like a watch.
  • Originally from Spruce Pine, NC. Moved to STL a few years ago but still go back 'home' to visit family often. NC will always be home! Love those mountains! And miss the ocean :(

  • I haven't started PT yet. My doctor told me some stretches to do to help with the tendons (I also had those replaced and rerouted). He says for now just do my daily stuff and the stretches and to listen to my body. If it hurts, stop. I used to do a lot of walking and I suppose I'm just frustrated that just as the weather…
  • Just started on MFP so I'm still figuring it out. I'm 44 and live in St. Louis. Have enjoyed all the posts! Love hearing from others near my age.
