Yeah, I went from a 42DD (full) to a 36D(not so full)

yeah i do hard boiled eggs once in a while but i need something i can eat on the go or in between meals to make sure i'm not craving anything bad but the bars i have tried so far cliff, power, luna, life choice, and pure protein my body doen's agree with :(

i have completely cut out processed drinks so i drink: - water - tea ( green tea or sweet tea (honey)) - coconut juice - powerade (diluted w/ water) after workouts

i live in lilburn,GA near stone-mountain but go to school at kennesaw state university so im there all the time

it could be simply dehydration or you didn't eat enough carbs so your body is going into what the heck are you doing mode haha

I would say sedentary until you start doing specific excersies i would do sedentary but you can always change it :)

hey, y'all ive already started my journey and lost 10 lbs but i can't seem to consistently stay on the wagon and keep my self from eating my junk food vices (fast-food) so just looking for some motivation and tips to kick fast-food or replacements?

I'm 5'9 current weight : 210 goal weight: 170 waist: 32 hip: 43 breast: 40DD pants: US 11/12 I have never been a small girl i'm the same height and weight i was in 7th grade ( now in college) give or take 10 lbs :) i just want to be physically fit again and stop being known as the fat twin :(

I"m 5'9 and 192 lbs but going for 160 to be able to join Army ROTC and receive a scholarship. I have a twin sister who is 5'9 and 140 lbs and she is always nagging me about my weight and telling me she has no problem with getting into rotc because she skinny so its nice to see other 5'9 ladies that support each other…
