I am trying to find a way to get more protein into my diet by eating protein bars and shakes but my problem is that they have to be lactose, soy, and sugar alcohol free while still having enough fiber and protein to keep be full and not be over processed any suggestions?

Quest bars are great! GNC sells them as well as Amazon and www.questnutrition.com. They all taste great and are soy, lactose, sugar, gluten free.0

Love quest bars but they get pretty pricey. Vitamin world has coupons if you sign up for their email. My favorite is chocolate chip cookie dough.0

Most all protein bars should really be called carb bars ... maybe Quest and Lara would be exceptions.
