I've already lost 53 lbs but i'm confused bc when i use TDEE calculators they say to eat 1900 calories but when i was wating 1500 calories i went through a almost 2 month plateau?

protein bars
I am trying to find a way to get more protein into my diet by eating protein bars and shakes but my problem is that they have to be lactose, soy, and sugar alcohol free while still having enough fiber and protein to keep be full and not be over processed any suggestions?
