I was six foot tall by the sixth grade and I am taller than all four of my brothers. So I use to hate it as a kid. As I have gotten older its grown on me. There are some benefits to being tall, I…

  • LOL.. thanks for the reminder, I haven't updated it since my last weight in, but I doubt the three pounds makes that much a difference.
  • As someone who is in the 400lb club. I totally can relate to your story. I have been a general manager for a while, when I finished my degree. I applied in my corporate office for an entry level position within my degree filed . I have applied to about four different openings over the past year, considering I have been…
  • Ever try flaxseed pancakes? They really are delicious, I always add blueberries and use sugar free maple syrup. Flaxseed has lots of fiber! I am sure allrecipes.com has a few recipes for them. (I would post one if i wasn't on my phone)
  • I am on day 7 and suprised how much my endurance has picked up. I now have the ability to do everything (minus a real push up) This morning, I actually thought, lets see what level two is all about. As for modifications, I did wall push ups at first, my butt kicks were pretty pathetic (but atleast i was moving), i also had…
