  • I mix a protein shake with iced coffee every morning and sometimes add a banana or apple
  • I previously had 34 G breasts and it was a pain to exercise, running or not. I had surgery which brought be down to a 34 D (which is a bit bigger than I would have liked), and if I don't have just the right sports bra it hurts to run. Luckily I found one that works and I run every day now!
  • I also work at an office all day, but i keep a jar of natural peanut butter in my desk and string cheese in our fridge! Once you feel comfortable with your ability to eat healthy, add in a piece of fruit like an apple or banana as a snack.

  • I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned this, but try to only eat natural peanut butter. I absolutely love peanut butter, but I hated the extra sugar and chemicals so I switched to the natural stuff. It isn't generally more expensive, and I think it tastes better.
