  • Recently beat MGSV and FFXV. Unfortunately after playing them I can't seem to get into anything else. They just feel like eh. FF7 Remake can't come soon enough!
  • There are actually a lot of things that could be causing the issue. Could be hand positioning, bar position, bar path, or just general form. I had trouble when starting out too and still don't feel like I have it perfect yet, but it's getting there. I recommend checking out omarisuf on YouTube because he has a very…
  • It helps if it helps you eat less. Other than that no, because if you break your fast with over 9000 calories you're still going to gain weight. However, I have noticed other benefits such as mental clarity during the fasted periods. I don't worry about what I'm gonna have for lunch during work. I spend a lot less on food…
  • Too hot for chocolate? Maybe chocolate ice cream cake? I followed a "recipe" one time by stacking ice cream sammiches and then covering it in chocolate frosting. Chocolate cake that beats the heat!
  • You might not even have one anymore. :fearful:
  • Coffee has me twitching, but soda does make me sleepy. Probably the sugar in it causing a crash. I don't get sleepy from diet sodas. I don't think 200mg is too much per day depending on your size, but personally I wouldn't get used to it either. Take some time off of it or 200mg will start to feel like 10mg.
  • Go as much as you want and get your money's worth. I mean, you're paying for a month at a time right?
  • I think part of the problem is that the mirror is the most familiar view of yourself. We're naturally more attracted to things that we are familiar with. When a photo or video of yourself is taken it's not the same view, but a horizontally flipped one. At the end of the day though it's still just you.
  • Pros -Tasty -Usually only 0-10 calories -Bubbly Cons -Burp a lot -Cost more than water(not bottled water). -Hearing people tell you it's bad for you as they sip on high calorie, sugar loaded beverages Also, don't forget that even though they are low to zero calories that some DO contain caffeine so be cautious of how much…
  • Sorry, I said you when I meant him, or anyone else that may enjoy this lifestyle of eating. Some people, myself included, prefer larger meals because it is more satisfying to us. Your 1300 calories a day is my dinner. Also, as long as one is getting enough calories to maintain their weight they are not starving during the…
  • Stomach filling meals that leave you feeling satisfied.
  • Oh... you meant loser, like, losing fat and not actually like being a fat loser.. LOL The jokes.
  • Curb daytime eating then it will be okay at night time!
  • I think small appetites are great. Whenever my gf and I eat out or order food its like I get to try 2 meals because she can never finish.
  • If you get them at an Asian store they're typically no more than like 25-30 dollars. At less than 20 cents a cup cooked, I'd say it's an effective way to feed a family for cheap. Which most Asians do anyway. Not trying to stereotype, just speaking from experience.
  • No, it's not slow.. just not as fast as my appetite.
  • Healthy depends on your available calories. Personally I'd go with the Vietnamese food because I like it better. Could totally go for some pho and spring rolls right about now. The lemongrass chicken is dope too w/ rice.. mmm.. wish there was a spot near me.
  • It's not that serious. I take gummy vitamins and about 3mg of fish oil daily. It's about 60 cals for the fish oil and 15 cals for the vitamins and I don't track them. If I'm not getting the results I want it's most likely because I ate too much elsewhere. Don't make things too complicating!
  • People cut the fat off of bacon?? ..but wouldn't that be like cutting the bacon off? What would you actually be eating? :confounded:
  • You gotta start at the tip and work your way down. Just don't let any spill out of your mouth and you'll be ok. :innocent:
  • I used to think this was a joke, but I saw someone doing it the other day. They weren't even using the bar.. they seriously brought dumbbells in there.
  • Wouldn't carb cycling fall under macros though? I lost a majority of my weight when I was carb cycling, but it was mostly due to the calorie deficit. More specifically, the plan I followed was called the metabolic diet. It was great at the time because I loved how it made me feel during the low carb periods. I felt strong,…
  • That's what it is .
  • It looks like a hot pocket which is about the same amount of calories. I'm sure it tastes better though.
  • PS4 is better.
  • Yeah, food scale is best. Until the battery dies then I'm like  Most of the time though I don't even bother counting vegetables. Unless I'm eating potatoes or something similar.
  • I was big on Destiny for awhile, but got bored. I haven't touched my video games in months though because the games I want to play aren't out yet. Tekken 7 and FF7 remake being the two I want to play the most!
  • I think sweating has more to do with your body temperature. When you exercise harder you sweat more because your body is trying to cool down. For instance, imagine standing outside in 100 degree weather doing nothing vs stacking boxes in an air conditioned warehouse for hours. Which would burn more calories?
  • I had that problem too, but the feeling goes away after the first couple times. I know this isn't quite running outside, but if it makes you feel better the first time I went to a gym I felt intimidated and bumped into like 3 machines and accidently went into the women's bathroom. :expressionless:
  • I'm the same height as you so maybe it's body composition like others have said. My bodyfat is about 23% from using calipers and also a scale that measures it. I realize it's not the most accurate, but that's all I have to go by at the moment. Other than that it might be the brands? I'm a loose 36 in Levi's, but I've had…
