If you want a change permanently you need to be able to learn to eat well for life.....and not go on crash very low calories to just lose weight...one pound a week is a heck of a lot better that 3-4 a week if you are teaching yourself how to eventually MAINTAIN your loss.. Sorry..I'm the opposite and ticked.. nothing fits right..have to buy a size up for anything to fit... be grateful...they get in the way of running...and neck and back pain.. ppffftttttttttttttt

I hate to tell you..but there are no tricks. Stomach areas are the hardest to lose..in my opinion.. Just keep at it...you cant spot reduce or I would have done it already!!!! My problem area is there as well...Sure you can do things to strengthen the muscle underneath but it won't burn it away any faster.. 20 pounds is…

I'm sure someone probably said this..but I will say it anyways.. run as slow as you possibly can..almost as if you could walk faster. That is the main reason I kept failing at it..I was trying to sprint.. Good luck :)
