Agreed, its very challenging on the body....I leave with many bruises and very sore muscles in places I didn't know they existed!

Im 5'2 started off at 69kg/151.8 lbs and my goal weight is 57 kg/125.4 lbs see how i go, i think its realistic. I guess I will have to see once I get there how to re-*kitten* my goal whether I want more weight loss or tone up!

I love squishing my strawberries with a fork and adding some sweetener! 49 Calories for 1 cup of strawberries halved. Love Nestle chocolate mouse 69 Calories per tub. Watermelon 90 Calories for 2 cups cubed! I have been loving these treats since i have started on MFP!

I have some rice crackers, weight watchers apple crumble, pretzels, low fat choc mousse or pudding, nuts, watermelon or strawberries depends on what's on hand!

You guys need to read about this guy who did the Twinkie diet. Google it, he ate twinkies and other packaged foods while staying within a certain calorie intake and still lost weight! It was a story featured on CNN

I have chocolate puddings 126 cal or chocolate mousse worth 69 cal. i steer clear of any real chocolate as i cannot refrain myself from eating the whole thing, i am a chocolate eating machine.
