Help using the site!

Hey!

I am new to this site! Looks like a fantastic way to monitor what I am eating and I am really excited to start using it!

But... I am finding it a little difficult when it comes to entering in exercise. I am joined at a gym and quite often do a spin, pump, express, core class (whatever is going). I have no idea how many calories I would burn (know this would be quite individual) but has anyone got any ideas? Or what should I be typing to bring up the classes?

    Ive googled some excersises and entered them in myself I judge them by how intense a workout is! It's a start!

    If I may, I would suggest getting a heart rate monitor and create your own exercises. MFP's calorie count has always notoriously high compared to mine (hrm).
