Natural sugars (like those in fruits and yogurt) are not bad. If you're getting sugar from those don't worry about it.

Quality time with no kids :-) Doesn't matter if you get dressed up and go out of stay in for meal or even take out - just getting alone time is so special. Gifts are not necessary if you ask me.

I'd go for it! I am not happy with where I am fitness or weight wise yet - but I went for it and couldn't be happier. I also know he loves me for me and not my looks because when I get to my goal I'm going to rock his world :-) It wonderful knowing that he's going to love me larger or smaller!

I like a couple handfusl of spinach or kale and/or romaine lettuce (what ever I have on hand) then I add water, green grapes, a kiwi and a tbls of flax seed meal. By freezing the grapes and kiwi (peeled first) it comes out like a slushy. the grapes/kiwi take away the "green" taste a ton. Love these :-)

It's really good - love the cinn raisin. I get it at local grocery stores. It's a low glycemic bread so it's much better for you than say white bread (yuck). It's about $5 a loaf.

I like this idea - baby goals :-) By July 4th weekend I want to be down one pant size. I don't know what that relates to in pounds but I was cleaning in the attic and found a whole bin of clothes that are a size smaller. I want to wear them this summer!

Blood tests for celiac are negative for me. My doctor told me with rashes I get thought I definetely have an intolerance. No real test for it though. I cut out most gluten. I don't stress about it in things like condiments/dressings, etc cause I don't use much. I did replace breads with gluten free ones as well as pastas.…

I make green smoothies and add flax seed meal to them. I'd try adding flax seed to your diet - you can sprinkle them on a salad if you'd like.
