I did 30 Day Shred back when I started this weight loss journey. In fact, it is the first exercise program I did...and I did it religiously for 30 days. I did 9 days of each level, with 1 day off in between each. I measured myself the day I started, and then again the day after I finished the program. My final results…

Coincidentally, today is my one year MFP anniversary. I am 5'1, and have lost 70 pounds in total. 63 since joining, plus 7 that I lost on my own before joining. I hit my goal of 125 a couple of weeks ago. :happy: Here is me a year ago (around 190) : Here is me now (125) :

Don't listen to him. Eggs are great for after a run. My go-to is a nice omelette (1 or maybe 2 whole eggs, PLUS 2 egg whites), with some veggies and cheese in it. Mmmm-mm. Great for protein, which is what you want after a workout. Well done!

Start taking Zinc right away. YOu can get a bottle of tablets cheaply at the drug store. Whenever my kids get sick I start taking it. It boosts your immune system.

A lot of people swear by Yurbuds. http://www.yurbuds.com/ I tried them and they did fall out for me, although, I have very small ears and I think that may be the problem. I feel your pain though, because my expensive Shure earbuds are starting to crackle from the same problem (although they DID stay in).

Actually, YOU misread what the original poster said. She is eating 1200 calories per day and burns 2500 calories EACH WEEK. I agree with NBEric...her net is too low. You need to be eating back your exercise calories. Your NET should not be below 1200 each day. Your body is hungry, so it is reluctant to give up anything…

You can eat the pizza, just have 2 or 3 slices instead of the entire small I used to eat myself :blushing: . We order pizza every week or two and I just make sure I work out that day to make up for it. I just know that my sodium will be over the top that day, but hey.....I just chug the water. :happy:

I use whatever is on the package. The scanner sometimes picks up an entry that an MFPer has manually entered in the database, which I often find wrong. Just use the information on the food package.

I have done it, and it is very "dancey". So, if that is up your alley, its pretty good. I spent most of the time trying to get the "moves" right I felt like I didn't get much of a workout. I enjoy my wine as well, and have been know to exercise specifically to make room for some. :wink: I always count it. I have lost about 60 lbs since last April, so obviously it hasn't hindered my weight loss.

I have a problem when someone closes off their diary for the day, and a bunch of people all say, "Great job!" etc, and when I look at their diary, all they had was coffee for breakfast and they didn't eat dinner and had a net of about 600 that day. I had the same thing when I did the Shred. I worked through the pain, took advil a couple of time per day, and the pain eventually went away. I'm not saying this is the smartest thing to do...it is just what I did. I didn't want to stop working out, as I was determined. It paid off for me. Do what your gut tells you to do.…

I don't log PAM cooking spray. Apparently it has 4 cals per 1/2 second spray. I don't bother . Also gum, or the excell mints I am addicted to lately.

I just did my exhaustion test, and got 53. I thought that was pretty good considering my initial beginning test I got 20. I'm happy with that!!
