It could be your running form. If you are twisting your leg at any point in your stride you could be damaging the tendon or the muscle. I had the same thing with my knee. I was going to suggest getting a couple of DVDs (ie. JM 30 Day Shred) and alternating them so you don't get bored. You can do these during nap time or after they have gone to bed for the night. Also, are there any malls close by? You can load up the stroller and do some laps at the mall.

I stop mine when my HR drops below 120. But I think I am going to make it 100 from now on. My HR drops a lot quicker now that I am getting in better shape. I'd like to prolong the count. :laugh:

Usually the nutritional info for pasta is "Dry", meaning before it is cooked. A serving is usually about 85 grams dry, so I weigh it before I boil it. I usually just grin and bear it, but if it is particularly bad, I take ibuprofen (Advil). Believe it or not, exercise is known to help reduce it as well. It has worked for me. Good luck!

I'm not a guy, but I can tell you it is tough. There is a "modified" (easier) version, as well as the hard way. You can make it even harder by using heavier weights. It kicked my butt, and I had great results after the 30 days.

I don't think so. I'd wear it. It is pretty sturdy. I've banged mine, and worn it in the pool...it has held up fine. If you want, test it! PUt the watch across the room and see how far you can get before it loses the signal. Maybe have someone else hold it while you walk away and they can see when it stopped picking up…

I eat a Gala apple every day and mine average 150 grams in weight (I'd call it a medium to large size apple), and when I log that it is 85 calories.

Dont forget, your BMR is the amount you would burn over a 24 hour period. if you multiply your 8hr burn by 3, it is a lot closer...

I walk for 30 minutes every day on my lunch break (with a co-worker). I bring my HRM, and change into an old shirt for my walk. It works out great! I still do workout in the evenings/weekends too though.

I think if it is riding up like that it means it is too tight. You can wear a short skirt that is not tight and it won't ride up.

HOw about going for a walk or doing some form of exercise to burn some calories.....then you can eat dinner today, and not have to wait til tomorrow to eat again.
