  • I've been logging my intake on here, but not paying much attention to the cals unless had a bad day. I track to keep me focused on the matter in hand and also so I can look back and see what worked and what didn't. Am knew to Dukan just started phase 2/cruise and never thought I would look forward to a salad as much before!

  • I personally don't plan a cheat day, however life usually sends some your way! Birthdays and get togethers all need to become part of your healthy lifestyle. If you no you are going to indulge. ( not cheat too negative) then adapt the day before nd maybe the day after to accommodate the extra calories. Good luck with it…

  • I have found that alot of the diet products are a bit if a con and whats been taken out has to be replaced, usually with sugar and salt so try to just use them in moderation. I've stopped tracking sugar as I go over this at breakfast with fruit! Good luck with it all. it always helps to be more aware of what you are eating.

  • I agree, and I don't care what they say, paying up front doesn't mean you'll go! Some gyms will let you access classes with out joining but you do need to book well in advance, might be worth looking into.   • Hi just joined properly, previously lost from bum first which is a pain as in the general scheme of my over weight body is the least of my problems. Need to loose belly fat and loads of it, would also love to loose a few chins too! hopefully with some effort on my part this time something will go.
