Hi all,

My name is Greg. I am kind of new to MFP. I signed up for it a while ago and was using the mobile app but I wasn't using the forums. After a short while I gave up on logging with the mobile app. I didn't see much progress so now I'm back and I'm going to use the community to try to stay motivated.

A little about me;

*I'm 27 years old.
*I currently weigh in at 385 lbs. and my goal is around 190.
*I love outdoors activities like hiking, climbing, cycling, etc. but I have noticed it getting harder to motivate myself to take part in them now that I'm getting older and weighing so much.

    Welcome and good luck. Take it slow. You didn't gain overnight and you won't lose overnight. Log on every day and stay within your goals. Eat healthy and you will lose and keep it off forever. :drinker:
