I usually do: apples and peanut butter nuts yogurt veggies and hummus another not so healthy snack that i still have about 3-5 times a week is 3 slices of bacon :)

I'm having a rough day too, Sundays are always hard for me. I just keep thinking of how good I feel and how I've come so far. Remembering this is my LIFE now, and I want to succeed and stick to my goals. Good luck.

64-112 oz a day. I have a 32 oz water bottle that I refill as much as I can stand. I am not a fan of water, so this is fun to prove that I can do it. The only other fluids I drink are coffee and milk.

I'm 10 lbs from my "goal weight" but I still have a lot of work to do. I started lifting about 3 weeks ago with a trainer so hopefully that help me gets the results I want outside of the scale.

What do you eat? I find that I didn't lose weight until I eliminated bread, rice, and most refined carbs.

I do. I've lost 13 lbs in about a month. I get my daily recommended fat, protein, and carbs. I pretty much only cut out most starches, bread, and rice. I plan to go up to 1300-1350 once I reach my goal weight (12 lbs away). I also lift 3 times a week and do cardio the other 3 times a week for 30 mins. An average day for…

...No. I sweat at the gym and even just not washing all my makeup off causes my face to start burning, and I wear really expensive makeup. I wear makeup when going out or something, not the gym.

Full time student here who also works part time. I go to the gym in-between classes/study time or before school/work. My gym is right down the street from my college, which really helps.

30 mins HITT on treadmill 30 mins run OR 30-60 min bike ride. I only do cardio 2 days a week (the rest is strength) b/c it bores me to my very soul lol.

Really great post/interested thread. For the longest time I thought something was wrong with me for gaining 50 lbs in about a year. Maybe I was eating waaaaaaay more than I thought, because I never stopped going to the gym 3-5 times a week. Maybe I was super over calculating, having more "cheat" days than I thought, etc.…
