Yeah, I have my body fat checked pretty regularly and it's never fair off from my BMI. My body fast is 23% and my BMI is 23. I think it's only drastically different for elite athletes.

I'd love to be a size 10. My current goal weight is 5 lbs away, 145, but I think I'd still be a solid 10. I don't know if I'm going to lose another 5 lbs, or just solely focus on weight training and see if the inches allow me to get in those 8s.

My mom used to tell me if you suck your stomach in long enough, it'll stay that way-LOL. I also don't get people who don't eat after 8pm, but that's none of my business.

I love my trainer. He cares about my goals, listens to me, and pushes me beyond what I thought were my limits. I had a previous experience with a trainer who refused to answer basic questions, constantly made me do silly workouts that didn't promote my building knowledge on my own, and I felt like at the end it was a waste…

I agree with the people who say take a break. I love apples and peanut butter, but I noticed that I was eating it everyday for 5 days straight, and did a "self imposed ban" to force myself to eat other things for lunch/as a snack. Try giving up ice cream for a day or 2 (if you can) and see how it goes. Good luck!

I give myself two days (usually Thursday and Friday) as cheat days. They're fun. I think it gives me a nice little shock and it stops me from indulging, something I couldn't do in the past.

You can look at my food diary, if you want. I eat pretty much the same stuff everyday, however I get pretty creative with my dinners.
