I weigh every day. The thing is, I use a phone app called Happy Scale, which will—if you choose to—track your weight as a moving average, to avoid discouragement that may come with natural weight fluctuation.
For example, this is my progress so far (notice the actual weight pins are both above and below the average line!):
Weighing every day or nearly every day keeps the average as accurate as possible. So today I weighed in at 182.6, but my moving average is 180.4, the lowest it's been so far, which means I am still on track. c:0 -
I weigh daily but I also use Libra which gives me a trend line so I don't get stressed by the ups and downs of water weight and stomach contents.0

Seems like a lot of people here are benefitting from weight tracker apps with trend lines. c: It really does remove a lot of the stress!0

I will weigh throughout the week, but I keep in mind that my weight may fluctuate from day to day and will also vary depending on time of day because of what you eat and drink. I usually weigh in the morning after the bathroom and before I eat any breakfast. I also make sure I'm am wearing clothing and shoes that are always similar in weight. For my official weekly weigh in that I log, I do that usually on Monday morning.0

I weigh every day. It is very helpful to see the patterns of my weight loss. I seem to always have a stretch of 5-6 days of no loss followed by a whoosh each month. If I didn't track and learn that this is how my body responds, I would be fretting during those 5 days. I often wonder how those who weigh once a week or once a month get a good picture of their weight loss. What if that 1 day you weigh in is a "water weight" day?0

I'm new to logging (again) and got rid of my scale. Last time I was logging, I got so obsessed with it that I weighed every day, multiple times and it only discouraged me. This time I made a few changes though. I took my measurements and joined a gym and decided I don't want to care what the scale says and I just want to measure on a monthly basis. However it would be nice to know a more accurate starting weight.0

Every day. Then I get my OCD on and plug it into a spreadsheet, which includes calorie intake and deficit, and general moods.
Watching the trends and fluctuations is interesting and informative, and I love a good bar graph. I'm totally comfortable with the ups and downs, and I look for patterns. I've learned a bit about my body over the years and what happens with food, alcohol, mood swings, illnesses, etc.0 -
I weigh daily and enter it on the happy scale app I have on my phone. I like to look at the fluctuations and the progress over time. I am a member on a popular weight loss site and enter my weight there once per week. My formal weigh-in day is on Mondays.0

Every day. Have done for 18mnths now it keeps me accountable but also I can see how much my weight fluctuates day by day based on exercise, fluid retention etc. It's not fat thats moving the scales so dramatically. It's a combination of inflammation after exercise. Water retention if I haven't been drinking enough my scales can swing 7lbs in a matter of 3 days. I take my average over a week to assess my overall gain / loss.0

I weigh in (almost) every morning. I only log it when I have a weight that matches the previous weigh in or deficit. I chalk all the others up to water weight or other body issues. Today's a good day 6 oz lower than yesterday. I've got to celebrate the little steps.0

Everyday after I use the washroom in the morning. There are ups and downs, but it's a general downward pattern. I log it into MFP sporadically, but mostly when I've lost a significant amount.0

Daily. It has helped to keep me accountable and I can really see how my body reacts to different changes - be it an indulgence or an extra work out. I weigh myself right after I first get up (after I use the restroom) in my birthday suit as I wait for the water to get hot for my shower. lol I make sure to pack the scale on my vacations as well. I do overall measurements about every 5-10lbs lost just to see how things are shaping up.0

Not the best but I do it every day (mostly many times a day). My weight is changing during the day (as for everyone else) and I know what my "typical" weight should be in the morning, after toilet, at evening, after a big meal, alcohol etc ... So I always want to check my weight again and again and compare to previous numbers0
