It really IS a nice feeling :) Before last week I was, how they say in OA, "in the food." It's nice to be able to look at something and not automatically shove it in my mouth.

Wow, you look great! The vegetarian lifestyle is an easy way to maintain weightloss, especially since most of the foods are low cal/ low fat. I've been one for over two years and I've never looked back.

Thanks everyone, so much! I think I'll stick with what I'm doing (4 days cardio, 2 days strength), and if the weight loss slows down, so be it. In the long run I'll be thankful I didn't quit.
