All I care about are my meatballs and wine. Who is playing again?

Don't be so weird!

I personally have never felt well or performed well on High fat/Low carb. Not to say that some people wouldn't. I just prefer to have a moderate and balanced approach to my macros.

HRMs aren't accurate for weight lifting, just cardio. I'd say that MFP usually overestimates the burn as well. A good place to start would be to use 50-75% of what MFP calculates, and see how you do with that.

I'm only typing on this thread because I know I don't have to worry anymore about it showing up in my newsfeed for my friends to see

Wear a HRM during that exercise and log into MFP the actual time and calorie burn and it will adjust your calories accordingly.. then it should add or subtract calories based on the deficit you told fitbit that you want to keep. The Polar brand is pretty good priced on Amazon.

Don't eat under 1200 is what. (that is why the other poster "sighed" at you.) Under eating will bite you in the butt later. You need to eat at least your BMR to keep your organs and body functioning properly. :flowerforyou:

Please eat at least 1200 calories a day, even if you have to add a scoop of peanut butter before bed. Your organs require a certain amount of fuel to function properly. You need those calories to even do things like make hair. I'm sure you don't want to start losing clumps of it. Also, if you hit a plateau at that low of…
