"Your body is between an endomorph and a mesomorph. Endomorph: Your biggest concern should be losing fat and adopting a lifestyle that keeps it off. Mesomorph: You have a naturally fit body but, to maintain or improve it, you should adopt an exercise and diet regimen that compliments your build." Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...…

You're 5'3. I'm pretty sure 109lbs is barely a healthy weight for your height and the way you want to lose so quickly makes me concerned for your health. Crash dieting and super restrictive eating is not good and, trust me on this, will screw up your ability to focus in school if you are not eating enough. You're 18, right?

Like hell I'm paying $100 for some "detox" from birth control. All your posts are sharing this. That's pretty spammy. And, I hardly believe that stuff in there about early menopause in 50% of women. Nice try.

I want to do more hiking this summer. Need to get back in shape for that though.

I might be the only one who doesn't mind my Mirena. Huh. I've had it for a year and a bit and while I did gain weight during that time, it was my own fault and most of that came off after I spent a week drinking liquid food post-wisdom teeth. Lower sex drive, yeah- but it's worth barely having a period and 5 year…

Wait. So... I need as much protein as a 5'0 woman as my 6'0 boyfriend regardless of goal and other stats. Good to know :/

Westcoast! (But Canada, not US.) I'm 21, feel free to add me.

I walk and hike. I make a point to do an extra lap of the mall or get off the bus a stop or two early or park further away. I've started venturing out to do beginner trails on weekends with friends. It's social and I almost forget I'm exercising. Exercise doesn't have to be running. It can be walking, biking, or anything…

Unless you grow up somewhere with a whole bunch of microbreweries and a family who doesn't waste their time with ****ty booze...

I love Lara Bars. They're my go-to on the run breakfast and post workout snack. I stock up when I'm in the States though because they're 10 for 10 at Fred Meyer most of the time and $2-4 in Canada. I know they aren't the pinnacle of good energy bars, but they're accessible to me as tasty and convenient.

I've been eating mine back with my flex. This being said, I have 1lb per week (0.8lb on MFP) set as my goal weight. Really, I'm hoping for 0.5lbs so I have wiggle room when it comes to calories. I'm also only netting 1200 and, as this is so low nutrition-wise, I prioritize eating back extra calories.
-
I have a 1200 goal, so I try to eat as many back as possible to ensure I get enough nutrients. Netting 600 is not good. It's so much more important, imo, if you have a lower goal.

Make sure you eat before you drink. Drink a glass of water before bed and then leave a full glass beside your bed with painkillers. When you wake up (regardless if it's 5AM and you go back to bed), drink the water and take the painkiller. It's also good to not drink on an empty stomach and avoid overly sugary drinks. If…

Just going to throw this out there: http://www.sparkteens.com/. It's a site like MFP for teenagers. You'll likely find better advice/support there for someone who may not be done developing. MFP is for adults 18+... That being said, I wish you luck.

I don't know a ton about the vegan lifestyle, though I avoid lactose and have a few good friends who are vegan, but I do know that it's important to make sure you sustain yourself and get the proper nutrients if you're avoiding certain mainstream options. I know there are low-budget vegan options, but make sure it is a…

I was size 4 at 115-120lbs. I'm 5'0.

Feel free to add me. 21 and in university.

Oooh. You have similar stats to me. I'm a university student, 21 years old with just under a year left. HW: 145 CW: ~132-134 GW: 115 I'm 5'0. Feel free to add me.

21. Canadian. Looking to lose 20-25ish pounds. Working to NET 1200 with eating back the calories that transfer over from my FitBit. Feel free to add me :)

It's the best when people equate diet with just eating salad. I'm like "screw that, if I eat salad it means that I can drink more later or treat myself to dessert". Hell, people don't even need to know you're working to lose weight if you eat what you want in moderation. (**I try to eat healthy, but it's so much easier to…

It's about the deficits and how much you want to lose. I don't know how tall you are, but 1200 is fairly low (especially if you're still breast-feeding?). I try to NET 1200 a day and I'm barely 5'0. That means I eat anywhere from 1400-1800 calories depending on my exercise for that day because I eat back my exercise…

I don't work as much as you, but I used to say the same thing about my days. FitBit is super helpful in motivating me because I set goals and then make a point to walk around more. Hell, you can even jog on the spot in the washroom if you can't do anything at your desk. That's what I do if I'm short of my step goal and I'm…

I'm 5'0, aiming for 115 as a starting point because it looked good on me when I was 18 (21 now, haha) and then I'll decide if I want to lose an extra 5-10 or gain a little extra in muscle.

Water weight. When I wrestled and needed to get to a weight class, we would bundle up and run around. It comes back right after. If it doesn't, you should be wary of dehydration. I personally wouldn't do it again without the guidance of someone (somewhat) professional to watch out for me. (And, it's generally ****ty and…

Barely 5'0. Currently 133ish, looking to get down to 110-120 range. Add me if you'd like :)
