Do you have running shoes? I went to a running specialty store, I was there for about 45 min, ran a 1/2 mile, and they did a foot strike analysis. By doing this they were able to watch how I ran in the different shoes, and fit a shoe to my foot. Running shoes are usually lighter and will last from 300 to 500 miles. This…
