Oooo count me in. I started on oct 20th to loose 10% of my body weight by January 20th so this is perfect because my total is like 26 lbs or something.

Stay away from the scale. Try to lessen the usage to bi weekly or once a month. The body weight will change day to day and its not that your doing good or bad but we have to keep in mind water weight, muscle mass, how our bodies are processing food. Took a three mile ride today with my brothers. Had to cut it short due to the heat but at least i got the three miles in. Brings my total to 11.20 for the month!!

I always have my helmet, gloves and camelbak. Helmet because i love my head, gloves because i love my hands, and camelbak because i don't have a water bottle holder on my bike so its just easier plus it holds my ipod :)
