My issue is that I was running, never ate them back but now Im stuck. I lost 40lbs and in late July Ive hit the wall. I dont know what exactly I am doing or not doing. Im thinking now I need to eat those calories back.

A little more info... I am a runner. I started running when i started to lose weight. I also sprinkle in weight training. I always measure my portions. I was doing weight watchers which was a good starting tool, which I just cancelled and now i am doing MFP exclusively. Measuring food and doing exercise is not my issue. I…

I dont even go to the meetings anymore. I ditched that after a couple months. The people there were so depressing and unmotivating. If I know people are losing here and its proven than I am more likely to just make the switch. I have learned a lot by being on WW. Im leaning towards cancelling and just taking it to the next…

The only scary part for me is that I have lost 40lbs doing weight watchers since March 2011 so its a proven thing for me. Ive been doing MFP for a couple months, just to compare.

I currently run 5 miles at 45 minutes. Its challenging but I do feel like its getting monotonous. Are there any routines out there that are written out for you to follow?
