Just want to be clear about this calorie deficit thing
So if I want to lose 1lb a week I need to cut out 500 calories a day, which MFP does for us. So my calories per day is 2000. My question is about when I run. My heart rate monitor says i burned 800 calories. So is it correct, to lose 1lb a week, I need to eat those 800 calories back which brings my calorie count (for the…

At the wall...any unorthodox ways to break through?
Since 3/11, Ive lost 42lbs. I actually stopped losing weight in late July. Im at a wall and I keep trying new things. Anyone try unorthodox ways to get through it? Maybe no carbs for a day or 2?? Something to shock my system??

Need help with setting weekly weight loss goal
So Ive been back and forth with how many pounds to lose a week on this site. I have about another 20-25lbs I would like to lose. I had it on 1lb a week and found that I gained a little. Should I go up to 1.5 and not eat ALL my calories earned from exercise?

Wall, I cannot get over you.
