Need help with setting weekly weight loss goal

So Ive been back and forth with how many pounds to lose a week on this site. I have about another 20-25lbs I would like to lose. I had it on 1lb a week and found that I gained a little. Should I go up to 1.5 and not eat ALL my calories earned from exercise?

  • Everyone is different, but the less you have to lose the slower it comes off. Make sure you give yourself 3-4 weeks after making a change before you decide if it "works" or not.
