There is a brand of oatmeal out called Raw and it is AMAZING! The plum cinnamon spice is delicious - even though it sounds a little strange. It can be pricey so I only buy (a lot) when it's on sale. It has quinoa, flax and oats so it really fills and quinoa has protein - yay!

I don't think there's such a thing as TMI when it comes to things about our bodies - I mean, it happens to everyone lol! And don't weigh yourself during - it's just water weight and if you're upset/moody during that week well...that's not helping anyone lol

Jillian Michaels changed. My. Life. I lost my initial 40 or so pounds using just her videos until I was comfortable enough to be in a gym/outside so I am a bit partial to her. 30 Day Shred for the win!!!!
