Wii Just Dance - cals burned question

Ok so I finally used the Just Sweat mode (loved it!) and the "sweat points" were 1907....anyone know how to figure this to calories burned??

    Enter as dance for amount of time you were dancing.

    You would get the most accurate calculation from wearing a HRM.

    From google I found that the conversion suggested is 4.2 sweat points per calorie

    I have the just dance too, and i was wondering what the sweat points were too. I looked it up and found out that it is 4.2 sweat points that equals 1 calorie. Hope that helps

    I wear my HRM and I burn 500 cals in 30 min. So I think it depends on the individual!

    how do you all burn so many calories???
    I dance for sometimes 60 minutes with the kids (some of them really aerobic!) and my HRM only averages around 250 calories, sometimes 300. :(
