I find that seeing how I messed up keeps me on track at times. Especially when I'm logging in things. I see what really killed it and what may not have been so bad. I know I have been starting over every day- just keep going and be honest with yourself.

I cook chicken breasts in olive oil and throw our fresh cherry tomatoes and basil in there with them. Salt, pepper, basil, evoo, toms at the end. Add a bit of fresh lemon juice while it's cooking and toss with whole grain linguini :)

I feel like watching sugar intake helps with bloating though. When I lower my sugar intake my belly is flatter- so I think when I feel like I'm dealing with belly fat I'm really just dealing with bloating.

I can work out at the gym at night and sleep just fine. I can't work out at home, then go to bed. Even the short 10 minute drive helps me separate one thing from the other. Can you wake up really early? I used to set my alarm for 5:15 and get up and work out then.

I love the one that is 2.99....I think the icon is a green circle. It has a diary to help keep track your own input about the workout as well as logging which day you completed. I use it with endomondo because that one keeps track of how fast I ran :)

I make mini pot pies in muffin tins. I use a Pilsbury Grand flaky biscuit that I split in half when it is raw (half on the bottom, half on the top). I love that the bread is all the way around it.
