Thanks for all the responses! I still work out every day with either weight training or yoga, but sad that I might have to give my attempt at running up. I really enjoy it. I didn't think of adding cinnamon, but thought about adding some PB2. Cinnamon is probably a better choice though so I think I'll try that.

I ran and headache went away within 10 minutes. When I was inside I felt nauseous every time I stood up because it was so bad.....and vomit and I aren't friends so I went into wuss mode. Thanks everyone, I feel so much better!

I actually find it much easier to make time to work out once I go back to work. The way my day is broken up provides time:)

I hate to say it, but I do use that excuse and I wish I could stop. Of course I can fit in 10 minutes here and there, but it doesn't satisfy me and I can't put my all into it. Give me even 20-30 minutes at least- and I can work my butt off! I am up until 1-2 in the morning because that is the only time I have to complete…

Ug, as a middle school teacher I see this all the time-and by the time you are 16 and in high school it only gets worse. Making healthy changes includes having a positive mindset too (trust me, I know that is difficult). Easier said than done, is to not compare yourself to the other girls and work on your own self-esteem :)
