  • I make a lot of soups in the fall/winter and freeze them in pint bags, then I can just grab and go. In the spring and summer mason jar salads - so many options pasta, grains, greens, etc.
  • I usually have a fried egg with cheese and Canadian bacon on toast. This week has been corn tortilla with guacamole topped with an egg scrambled with onion, jalapeno, a little cheese and salsa - keeps me full until lunch.

  • I'm about your height and weight, I was travelling when I was heavier and did not need an extender other than at my top weight which was no where close to where you are at. When I did need one the flight attendants were always very discreet and it really was not an issue.
