  • Push through! As long as you're not so sore that you might risk injury. Then I'd rest.
  • I started on the 14th. I'm on day 4. The workouts aren't getting much easier yet, but I'm sticking with it. I try to get in at least one other workout a day (spinning, kickboxing, martial arts, etc). I'm really hoping to see a difference! Good luck!
