  • Feel free to add me too... I'm aiming for about 20lbs and doing C25k with an aim of a half marathon in October xx
  • Stop worrying about sizes.... they don't mean anything... well fitting clothes are what you need... regardless of size.... we all have curves, hips, busts and are all different... I have jeans in 12 and 14, dresses in 12, tops in 14, and I wear big big jumpers... i also live in mens hooded jackets :-)
  • You aren't struggling... you've just stalled :-) what's your calorie limit? I can tell you what I eat to keep within my 1450 limit if you want xxx
  • I had a slice of toast and peanut butter for breakfast, then went running, then a huge bowl of veg soup with cannellini beans and toast for lunch, then a big vegetable risotto for dinner (and a cadburys picnic bar as I'm under calories this week so far due to being on leave and doing lots of exercise!). Xx

  • Me too.... i'm dieting but training for a half marathon..... I feel overweight (I want to lose a stone) but of course the system keeps telling me to up my calories..... i just can't fit that many calories in the day! Happy to be added as a friend to anyone on here who wants some support xx
