Hi all. I'm relatively new here and have been trying to stay within my limits the past several days, but I'm not having much success. Trying again today. I could really use some encouragement. Thanks.

You aren't struggling... you've just stalled :-) what's your calorie limit? I can tell you what I eat to keep within my 1450 limit if you want xxx0

If there's one tip I could give you it's make sure you drink plenty of water - 2 to 3 litres per day .0

I'm new to and having the same problem. But don't give up and keep thinking of your end weight/goal! (: It really does help.0
