My suggestion would have been to put it in the slow cooker along with a jar of salsa sauce. When cooked all you need would be wraps, quick and easy.

You can do something as easy (ok, well anything with abs isn't really easy) as laying on your back, place your hands under your butt and just lift your legs, or just hold them up. You'll feel them. I pull out the clothes that I want to get back into. I try on the items to see how close I am getting....it keeps me focused and makes "snacking" unappealing. An evening alone...a nice hot bubble bath...hard to eat in the tub :-)
